You have several choices available this year for this great event.
You must be a current member in order to fish the Derby.
Joining as a member and derby together is included in the online derby application fee on this sign-up page.

Once you submit the form along with your credit card information, Square will complete your transaction. Once completed, please print out your receipt as proof of your transaction.
You will receive your Official Derby information via email after payment is complete, please print and sign this form, it is your official entry into the Derby.

In submitting this form, I hereby waive and release all other participants, the host, sponsors, and all other officials or parties involved in the Tournament from all claims and/or damage incurred in connection with this Derby. I also hereby grant sponsor and co-sponsor the unconditional right to use the name, voice and photographic likeness of the child, participant or attendee in connection with any of the events audio/video productions, articles, or press releases, but not as an endorsement.
